Join Chris Kaczmarek in our meditation space on Friday, May 5 at 7pm for a soothing, vibrational soundscape. She’ll be playing Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, soft drums and her lovely gong to create a sound experience for healing and stress relief. Chris is a Reiki Master and sound therapy practitioner, and her sound baths are enjoyed by all!

It’s almost warm outside today, and I am thinking about spring, summer, and warmer weather in general. I was looking at photographs I took last year at the beach. I came upon this special one from September, 2018, just after I’d made the decision to leave what had been my dream job at Etsy for seven years and throw myself fully into my skincare and perfuming business, which ultimately became STAR + SPLENDOR.
