Shamanic Journey Series with Dawna – 4 dates
Join Dawna for a series of Shamanic journeys and discover the Otherworld. Shamanic journeywork is a traditional technique used for spiritual healing, growth and enlightenment. Each class will lead you to a different realm, as well as introduce you to various guides to help you along the way. Discussions will include the various States of Consciousness, methods for safe Shamanic journeywork, the realms that exist for travel, and tips for solo journeys. Each session includes a journey, reflection / journaling time, and time to share our messages.

Tarot Study Group – Atu XVII: The Star

Join Chris Kaczmarek in our meditation space on Thursday, May 5 at 7pm for a soothing, vibrational soundscape. She’ll be playing Tibetan healing bowls, chimes, soft drums and her lovely gong to create a sound experience for healing and stress relief. Chris is a Reiki Master and sound therapy practitioner, and her sound baths are enjoyed by all! If you find meditation challenging, this will place you into an easy state of relaxation and centering.
