Intro to Shamanic Journey
Join Dawna for an introduction to the safe methods for traveling to the “Otherworld” to work with your spirit guides, gain insight into your true self, and begin to come back into balance with your true nature. Discussion will include the various States of Consciousness and methods for Shamanic journeywork. We will then journey to our sacred grove, our “base camp” for journeywork, to explore and get comfortable in the spirit realm.

Join Chris Kaczmarek in our meditation space on Friday, November 18 at 7pm for a soothing, vibrational soundscape. She’ll be playing Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, soft drums and her lovely gong to create a sound experience for healing and stress relief. Chris is a Reiki Master and sound therapy practitioner, and her sound baths are enjoyed by all! If you find meditation challenging, this will place you into an easy state of relaxation and centering.

Reserve your spot here! As healers, it is important to take time for our own healing. To be an effective healer, one must continually work on healing themselves. Join Dawna and your fellow energy healers for an evening of rejuvenation, sharing your healing gifts, working on each other, and practicing your skills. All modalities are welcome. Each biweekly meeting we discuss 3-4 of the minor arcana cards in order. These session will have components of a spoken teaching, examination of the art, a meditation or “active imagination” session, and discussion of how we can apply the cards’ meaning to our readings and our lives.
