Join us for the August Sound Bath with Elise! This month’s theme is TBD, but we’ve had some inquiries already and space is limited to 10 participants, so I am announcing this next month’s date.
Healing with sound can support and offer relief from ailments such as stress, depression, anxiety, addiction, pain, and moodiness. The immediate benefit of sound healing is an elevated mood, the effects of which can be felt for days.
