Sound Bath with Elise

Join sound therapist Elise Manzo for a healing Sound Bath for the Lunar Eclipse in Gemini! The transitions during this time are especially intense, but we can move through them with with grace and healing. A sound bath supports physical healing, peace, anxiety and stress relief.
We will be hosting this as a socially distant event, with seating around the perimeter of the room at a distance of 6 feet, so please bring your mask, pillows and mats to sit on and whatever will make you comfortable in that position. Chairs will be available for those who wish. Elise will be able to reach you better with the bowls in this way!
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the event to find your seat so we can start promptly at 7:00pm.
Elise Manzo is a certified sound therapist, reiki healer and Soul Path reader. She offers her sound baths on a monthly basis.
