FREE Intro class – Kripalu Yoga with Sophie

Sophie Holbein, Kripalu trained yoga teacher, is bringing AM yoga to STAR + SPLENDOR beginning on Jan. 29! To celebrate, she’s offering a complimentary intro class on Friday, January 10 at 8am.

Come and meet Sophie, try a Kripalu style class for all levels, and sign up for the sessions beginning end of month. Kripalu offers an opportunity to tune into and listen to your body as you mindfully move through asana and build strength and flexibility.
