Candle Magic with Christopher Blackthorn

Join one of our favorite witches and instructors Christopher Blackthorn for a workshop on Candle Magic 101. Topics included:
- how to craft and work with the right candle for your desired purpose
- working with correspondences: colors, planets and herbal allies
- the basics of sigil work
- how to read the wax after it burns
- how to read the glass from vigil style candles to divine the outcome of your work.
This workshop with be half lecture and half hands learning experience! Materials are included.
About the Instructor: Christopher Blackthorn is a witch, healer and teacher in the Albany area. He has studied many paths along his crooked way but found himself most at home in traditional American witchcraft and the Japanese energy healing art of Reiki. He is an initiated witch of the Anderson Feri tradition and has been initiated into Usui-Tibetan and Karuna Reiki lineages. Christopher is also a bone reader, a form of divination that is connected to ancestor work and belief that the bones themselves contain spirits we can consult with for divination and guidance. Christopher brings well over a decade of knowledge and experience to the magic he shares with the world and clients that seek him out.
